SIIM is pleased to provide a housing service to facilitate making housing reservations for SIIM 2010. SIIM has negotiated special rates for SIIM 2010 Annual Meeting attendees. It is recommended that attendees make hotel reservations prior to the housing deadline date to receive the SIIM discounted rates. All reservations requests are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed after the deadline date of May 10, 2010.

After May 10, 2010 through May 27, 2010, continue to use the SIIM 2010-Minneapolis Housing Bureau to secure your housing for the meeting. After May 10, 2010, the group rate is based upon availability.

SIIM 2010 Hotels
 

The following hotels are offering discounted rates for the SIIM 2010 Annual Meeting. All rates quoted are in U.S. funds and subject to 13.40% state and local tax. Hotel rates do not include taxes. The SIIM rate applied from Monday, May 31 through Sunday, June 6.
Note: Please do not call hotels directly. All reservations are to be made through the SIIM 2010-Minneapolis Housing Bureau and are based on space availability and cannot be guaranteed after the deadline date of May 10, 2010.

Reservation Method
 
  • Cut-off date: May 10, 2010. Make your reservations by this date to receive the SIIM 2010 discounted room rate.
  • After May 10, 2010 through May 27, 2010, continue to use the SIIM 2010-Minneapolis housing bureau to secure your housing for the meeting. After May 10, 2010, the group rate is based upon availability.
  • One guest room maybe requested under each name.
  • Reservation requests are processed in the order in which they are received.
  • Reservations must be made through the SIIM 2010-Minneapolis Housing Bureau, and can be done online, by phone, or by fax.

Guarantee Policy
 
  • A credit card is required to guarantee your housing reservation. Your guarantee assures room availability until midnight on the day of arrival.
  • If you fail to arrive by midnight on your scheduled arrival date, your room will be released. Your credit card will be charged one-night’s room and tax.
Cancellations, Changes & Substitutions
 
  • Any cancellations, changes and/or substitutions must be made directly with the SIIM 2010-Minneapolis Housing Bureau through May 27, 2010. After May 10, 2010, the group rate is based upon availability.
  • After May 27, 2010, all cancellations, changes and substitutions must be made directly with the hotel. Any changes and substitutions are subject to availability and rate.
  • Cancellations received after May 10, 2010 will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date will be charged one night’s room and tax. If cancelling a hotel reservation, please note the date and time of your call and secure a cancellation confirmation number.
Confirmations
 
  • The SIIM 2010-Minneapolis Housing Bureau will email housing confirmations to the designated contact within 3 business days from the receipt of the completed housing request.
