| Spouse/Companion Rate: The registration fee for a Spouse/Companion is offered to any full-paying registrant for a fee of $50 and includes tickets to the opening and welcome receptions (breakfast and lunches during the meeting are restricted to paid attendees). One badge per registration will be given. The Spouse/Companion must not be a member, potential member, speaker, or guest. Access to the online scientific abstracts is not included. Changes to these badges will not be allowed while on meeting site. |
