SIIM is pleased to provide a housing service to facilitate making housing reservations for SIIM 2010. SIIM Exhibitors are required to make housing arrangements within the SIIM housing block. Convention centers often will reject or reduce exhibit hall space requests because hotel rooms are not filled proportionately through the housing block.

To ensure that the SIIM hotel block is full and that we receive the exhibit floor space needed for all exhibitors, it is critical that all exhibitors book housing within the SIIM housing block. Exhibiting companies who do not secure hotel reservations within the SIIM housing block will be in violation of the exhibiting rules and regulations, therefore will forfeit their priority status at next year’s show.

The following hotels are offering discounted rates for the SIIM 2010 Annual Meeting. All rates quoted are in U.S. funds and subject to 13.40% state and local tax. Hotel rates do not include taxes. The SIIM rate applied from Monday, May 31 through Sunday, June 6.
Note: Please do not call hotels directly. All reservations are to be made through the SIIM 2010-Minneapolis Housing Bureau and are based on space availability and cannot be guaranteed after the deadline date of May 10, 2010.
