SIIM Annual Meeting press credentials are available to full-time editorial personnel only, including staff writers for trade publications, mainstream media outlets, or online publications. This does not include ad sales reps, production personnel, and the like.

Freelance writers may request press credentials if they are on assignment for a specific publication, and if accompanied by a letter of assignment from the publication.

You must include verification that you are a working member of the news media along with your request. Press should not also register as exhibitors. Verification may include a business card with your name and title from an established publication/media outlet, OR a letter stating that you are on assignment at the SIIM Annual Meeting printed on official news organization letterhead.

SIIM reserves the right to refuse press passes for any reason.

Credentialed media have access to all educational and scientific sessions and the exhibit hall at the SIIM Annual Meeting. It is strongly suggested that interviews with speakers be arranged through SIIM. Any request to access or utilize speaker slides/presentations must be arranged through SIIM.

SIIM requests that you provide a copy of the resulting coverage (pre or post meeting) to the SIIM office for our records.

Working members of the press may register for a complimentary press registration.
